Process Service Rates:

• Standard Harris/Fort Bend County Process Service - $100
• Rush Services (1^st Attempt made within 24 hours of receipt) - $130
• All other Texas Counties - $130
• Wait Time per Hour $70.00 difficult serves or evaders etc. in addition to (in the event you request that we wait for any reason) our regular charge, our “wait time” fee is charged after the initial grace period of fifteen minutes has expired.
• Price exceptions for rural addresses will be quoted prior to service. Mileage fee and time fees may be charged for rural locations.
• Payment is due in full at time papers are delivered to us. We will include a standard affidavit of service unless you also include any return paperwork required by the court of issuance.
